CONDITIONS OF RETURN OF GOODS
Sale items cannot be returned for the discount reason.
The sending of the returns of the packages sent outside Europe must be paid for by the customers.
For pre-order items, the revocation terms do not apply as this is a service we provide to the customer by ordering the products from the distributor exclusively to serve the order. This is a personalised order service and, as such, cannot be cancelled by the customer unilaterally without losing the right of revocation and reimbursement of the amount paid.
We do not sell toys, we sell collectibles for ages 14 and over.
In case of return, you have 14 days to make use of the right of withdrawal after receiving an item other than a pre-order. All returns must be previously communicated through the contact form on our website or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org attaching the document at the end of this page.
No returns of underwear or hygiene items will be accepted. For clothes, costumes and their accessories will not be accepted items used beyond checking the size, broken or dirty. No returns will be accepted on any item that can be copied, whether printed in book or magazine form, as well as board games and role-playing games. No returns will be accepted on custom orders.
Items must be returned in perfect conditions, with their original packaging and seals intact. All components of the article, including promotional items, must be returned. Pixelatoy reserves the right to refuse the return if the above requirements are not met or if any intentional damage to the item is detected, which is not likely to be a manufacturing defect.
Except in the case that the returned package is damaged by the carrier, no refund will be made if the item arrives damaged due to the customer's responsibility. It is customer's responsibility to protect the returned item with appropriate packaging which must be sufficient to ensure its protection during transportation.
Pixelatoy assumes the shipping costs for items returned due to manufacturing defects. Pixelatoy must be notified of any return of goods with manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Slight variations in the design and color of the items with respect to the photos and videos provided in their description are not considered manufacturing defects. A defective item will only be exchanged for an equal model, if available.
Signs of storage on the box of the articles are not considered manufacturing defects. We are always committed with the care and protection of the boxes of collectibles, but there may be damage from handling the boxes at our facilities or during transport. If you want an item with box in perfect conditions or special care in the packaging for shipment, please let us know before ordering and we will indicate the options available.
The return process can take up to 14 days. The full amount of the order will be refunded to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the item at the return address previously indicated to the customer, if the above requirements are met.
If an abuse of the return policy is detected, we reserve the right to refuse to process orders to the user, as well as the cancellation and refund of all pending orders. If it is detected that the defects that the customer claims to be factory defects were caused by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the return, the item will be resent to the customer and no refund will be made.
Customers from outside the European Union must pay the transport costs for returns.
When a customer buys from the website, he is accepting the knowledge and conformity with the above conditions.
