EUROPEAN SHIPPING CONDITIONS

UK customers have to fill in the shipping address in their user profile to see the prices without tax. We remember that all costs derived from import must be borne by the buyer.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the volume of the items that are in the cart.

The "Add to Previous Order" shipping option is not free shipping. It should be used to combine pre-sales orders or orders for items in stock made in 48 hours, but one of the orders must have the transport paid.

The prices are indicated in checkout*. If your country is not allowed, please contact us.

*Remote areas may have different shipping costs.

COLLECTOR PACKAGING

If you want the items to arrive in the best possible condition, without blows to the packaging, you can request it when processing the order with a supplement of € 1 per shipment. To do this, you must check the corresponding box that appears in the shipping section when processing the order.

What is included in collectible packaging?

-Review of the box in the figure to locate bumps or wrinkles in the original box.

-Packaged with sturdy cardboard box and filled with bubble wrap between the item and the brown box. Each box will not be packaged with bubble wrap separately, only the space between the figures and the outer carton.

Aspects that are not covered by the collector's packaging and that will not be cause for free returns or exchanges:

-Paint imperfections. We understand that some collectors seek perfectionism, but we cannot guarantee this on factory mass produced items.

-The friction in the boxes or signs of storage. When we send an item for collectibles, we exclusively check that it has no bumps or wrinkles, but scratches or scrapes on the blisters or boxes are not considered a reason for return. Many manufacturers pack their products without dividers, so we cannot guarantee that the items have not rubbed against each other on their journey and arrived with some brands.

ADD TO PREVIOUS ORDER OPTION

Option to unify orders and pay a single shipment. Select only if you have already paid for shipping a previous order.

  • It is not a free shipping method.
  • It is not possible to combine 2 orders with unpaid shipping.
  • Is not allowed to combine orders whose items have initial release dates greater than 3 months.
  • It is not possible to combine orders with items in stock and pre-orders.

During the purchase process the customer must provide a valid shipping address. If the order is paid with PayPal, the order will be shipped to PayPal adress. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We suggest checking the associated addresses in your PayPal account before making the payment. We don´t ship to carriers or P.O Boxes

For the shipment of the product the options will be offered to the customer during the purchase process on the web and the amount will be indicated before making the payment. The amount of shipping costs will depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination of the package. The shipping amount includes packing and handling fees.

Orders (which do not contain presale items) will normally be sent within 48 hours after payment confirmation, except for special conditions that will be communicated in web home page

Pixelatoy is not responsible for delays in the delivery or delivery due to causes attributable to the carrier. 

Once the order has been sent and the package tracking number has been provided to the customer, it is your responsibility to manage the delivery with carrier if incidents occur. 

Pixelatoy is not responsible for the incidents suffered by transport companies that cause the delay in the delivery of orders. Claims for delays and unsatisfactory experiences with shipping and delivery must be addressed directly to the customer services of transport companies.

PAYMENT METHODS

The customer has the following payment methods to place order orders:

  • - Secure payment with credit card, through Redsys (ServiRed)

  • -Wire transfer

  • -Bizum (Only for Spanish orders)

  • -PayPal. The customer can use a PayPal account to buy on the web. Purchases paid with PayPal will have a charge of 4% + 0.35 EUR per transaction in total amount of the order including shipping costs if any. Before making the payment the customer will know exactly the final amount of the order

    -Payment with PayPal is not valid for shipping to P.O Boxes

  • PayPal does not return fees when making very old orders refunds and in that case they must be paid by the customer.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CONDITIONS FOR SPAIN

Shipping costs are applied per order only once. The cost of transport is not increased in any case, even if several items or a large volume are sent.

When the order is being completed, the website will ask the customer to choose the shipping method. The following shipping options exist:

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS TO SPANISH PENINSULA

-Standard Shipping to Correos Post Office: 4.95€

-Standard Shipping to CityPaq: 4.95€

-Premium Correos delivery: 4.95€

-Combined shipping: This option is exclusive for orders destined to be unified with others in which the shipment has been paid. 

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE SPANISH PENINSULA

-Standard shipping to a post office in the Balearic Islands: 7.95€

-Standard Shipping to CityPaq of Balearic Islands: 7.95€

-Premium Correos delivery to the Balearic Islands: 7.95€

-Combined shipping: This option is exclusive for orders destined to be unified with others in which the shipment has been paid. 

How to track package.

When the package is tagged and ready for collection by the courier, the customer will receive a confirmation email. The emails will be sent to the email account provided in the user profile. Tracking code will be available in the orders history, in control panel.

How to use the CityPaq service.

The customer will receive a notice with an opening code via sms and email when their purchases arrive at the selected Citypaq destination. If you have downloaded the Citypaq app you will also receive a notification with the opening code. For more information, you can visit the CityPaq website (https://www.citypaq.es/index.html) or download the App.

The CityPaq service may not be available if the dimensions of the package exceed the limits of the locker.

If the order cannot be packaged under the following conditions, the customer will be informed to find alternatives. 

In the option of delivery at Citypaq locker the maximum weight for admission or delivery is 30 kg. The maximum dimensions that the shipments must comply with in order to be admitted or delivered will depend on the type of locker (small or large):

For small Citypaq lockers (height x width x depth) = 60 cm. X 49 cm. X 40 cm.

For large Citypaq lockers (height x width x depth) = 74 cm. X 42 cm. X 60 cm.

Delivery to private garage: The maximum weight for delivery to Citypaq Garage is 30 kg. The maximum dimensions that the shipments must fulfill to be able to make their delivery will be of: LENGTH + HEIGHT + WIDTH not superior to 210 cm or 270 cm when the greater of them does not exceed 170cm.

If the shipment exceeds the measures allowed for the mode of delivery at the box office, it will be available to the user (recipient) at the post office of reference of the address of the selected locker, where it will remain for 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the shipment at that office (CORREOS will inform the user of the address where the office of reference is located to collect the shipment). After this period, if the collection has not been effective by the recipient, the shipment will be returned to the sender. There is a possibility that the CityPack terminal chosen is full and the postman cannot leave the package on the scheduled date, thus delaying the estimated delivery. In Pixelatoy we are not responsible for delays in the collection of packages in the CityPack terminals, as it depends on their availability.

Pixelatoy will not contact the transport company to arrange the delivery nor will it give specific delivery instructions in case the address provided by the customer is incomplete or wrong.

It is the customer's responsibility to know and respect the conditions of use of the shipment to CityPaq.
